Looking up from below on a grey sort of day. This perspective has flatten the image out, only the four corners are flat the rest rises up into a dome.

This Racetrack Oval Dome with a Flat Skirt surround demonstrates a way to create a soft radius in a hard lined opening. The design is an interesting combination of geometric repetition and restrained decorative flare emphasised on four compass points with delicate serpentine tendrils.
