Once the scaffolding is packed away and the chandelier installed. This will be a wonderful landing.
I was right about the scaffolding!
Bill went down to oversee the install. Here he is taking in the view from up top.
With all the scaffolding in the way we weren’t able to get a full view, hopefully April from KBC Pittsburgh will send us a pic when the project is completed. We really enjoyed working with April on this project, she allowed us as artisans special leeway to do what we do best, create unique designs. And, a special thank you to Matt from Cortes Builders Inc. so very helpful with all of the necessary coordination, It was great working with you.
Hope to see you all in Pittsburgh again.
Another successful joint project with the Marquise Group a prominent Toronto builder, and ManArch Design the designers behind the lens pattern. Dressing room images nxt week.
These two Classic Laylights were constructed and installed in a residential project, designed by Carey Mudford Interior Design.
Pictured above a Flat Lens with Waterjet cut panels for the Master Ensuite and below a matching lens for the Dressing Room.
The Oculus is the round opening at the top of the dome of the Pantheon in Rome, it is open to the sky and referred to as the “rain hole”. Now days a hole in the roof is less than practical but the look is still desirable, and creates an opportunity for embellishment. Our Lens sits on a small ledge underneath a round skylight. We did this Lens for Pyone Construction.
